Services & pricing

Each service page lists an overview, the deliverables, the process, the expected timeline, who the service suits and what we need from you. Anything not described on the page is not part of that service.

Yes. The price shown on a service page is the price for the scope described on that page. Prices can change over time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

Yes. All prices on the website include GST. The total at checkout is the amount you pay, and the GST component is shown separately in your order summary.

Yes. Add as many services as you need to your basket and pay for them in a single order. Each service is delivered according to its own scope and timeline.

Each extra unit repeats the full scope of that service, for example covering a second environment, integration or set of screens. It does not extend a single unit beyond its described scope.

Contact us before ordering. If your requirement is covered by the published scope, we will confirm it. If not, we will suggest a more suitable service or discuss the additional work separately.

Starter plans begin at ₹100. Each plan is a one-time, fixed-price check or review, such as a website speed snapshot or a security headers check, chosen from a short list on the Plans page. Tech Advisory sessions are also designed for a single, focused question.

Ordering & payment

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account with the same email address lets you see all your orders, send project briefs and follow progress in one place.

Payments are made by UPI through a payment gateway, using any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s app. Your card, bank and UPI PIN details are never shared with us.

Yes. Enter a valid code in the discount section at checkout. The discount is applied to your order total before payment.

Yes. A GST invoice is issued using the billing details you enter at checkout. Please make sure your name, company and address are entered exactly as they should appear.

Payment confirmation usually arrives within a few minutes. If it does not, contact us with your order number and UPI reference. We will check with the payment gateway and either confirm the order or arrange a refund.

Delivery & handover

Work is scheduled once your payment is confirmed and we have your project brief and the access listed on the service page. The timeline on the service page applies from that point.

Delivery is remote. Work is delivered into your own repositories, cloud accounts or tools, together with documentation, and details are shared by email and on your order page.

Yes. Each engagement includes one revision round within the window described in our Delivery Policy, which is 15 days from handover unless the service page states otherwise.

If we are waiting for access, information or approvals, the timeline pauses and the delivery date moves by the same amount. There is no extra charge for this.

No. We commit to the deliverables, quality of work and timeline described for each service. Business outcomes such as revenue or growth depend on factors outside our control.

Refunds & cancellations

Yes. If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. After work has started, the refund depends on how far the engagement has progressed, as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

We acknowledge refund requests within 24 working hours and aim to decide within 3 working days. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and usually reach your account 5 to 7 working days later, via the original payment method.

An advisory session can be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund if you let us know more than 24 hours before it is due. Once the session has taken place or the written review has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

Security, data & ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the work produced for you. Our pre-existing tools and know-how remain ours, and third-party or open-source components stay under their own licences, as described in our Terms of Service.

We ask for the minimum access the work requires, for a limited time, and it should be revoked after handover. Please never send passwords or keys by chat or email; use a secrets manager or invite users through your own identity provider.

Yes. Confidentiality obligations are set out in our Terms of Service. If you need an additional agreement, let us know through the contact page.

We use your details to process orders, deliver services, provide support and meet legal requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
